Resort was overall good. Lots of small issues that were frustrating - such as having the wrong name linked to our room and requiring 3 visits to customer service to fix. Toro restaurant was the best in quality, reservations fill up fast though. Zen hibachi was also good. A couple small maintenance issues in the room, maintenance was quick to show up, though required more than one visit…Unfortunately one of the visits also came at 10:30pm when the kids were already in bed. Transportation coordination was a pain and required calling and waiting on hold a few times - called advising of a flight delay and yet no pick up to be found when getting to the airport. All in all a good trip, just have to be able to go with the flow and not get frustrated with the small things.
