Hotel is nice and breakfast is satisfactory. Hotel has no Air conditioning, but lucky for me, it spring time when I checked in. I will skip this hotel during summer months. Also, avoid room 202- I think it's the only room with a window that opens widely. The rest of the hotel rooms has upper window part that tilts about 5 inches outward allowing air to get in- not intruder.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for picking up cruise ships as only 10 minutes stroll to dock. Lovely staff. Seline who memorized every guests name!

Lovely place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. We stayed there 5 years ago when it just opened and it was still spotless. Council introduced parking fees, ie, no guaranteed parking but easy excess to under cover parking close by for Euro 9 overnight (need to ask at concierge desk).

Very nice hotel near waterfront. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was super. Will stay next visit to Kiel.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly! The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast was really good - lots of choice and delicious - the coffee was especially good and available whenever you wanted it! Overall, a good hotel which was excellent value for money!

Other hotels would do well to copy this one, its very hard to fault. The location is a couple minutes walk from the old town, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast good, staff very accommodating and friendly, has its own park places but there are also many free places in the next streets, chocolates by your bed, slippers, complimentary mineral water (two large bottles), free coffee/tea from a good machine, blackout curtains, quiet area, slept very well, very clean and new, Only downsides I can think of is there's no views to the water or the old town, but that is only a couple of minutes walk.

Small and nice hotel that lived up to it's good ranking/feedbacks. Can really recommand this further. Nice stay, room and personal service. Excellent!

Fijne, mooi verzorgde kamers, goed ontbijt, op wandelafstand van de dijk voor een mooie avondwandeling. Alleen spijtig van de parking die je nog moet betalen.

Väldigt centralt läge. Vi fick ett stort 4 bäddsrum. Frukosten var utmärkt med det mesta man vill ha.

Søde mennesker og god beliggenhed. Men lidt for meget larm for os, vi blev vækket flere morgener af larm fra gården når der kom vasketøj, varer og blev tømt skrald.

Rent og godt hotel med venligt personale. Tæt på centrum.

Skulle säga att detta är ett 2 stjärnigt hotell, utan aircondition på rummet, toa och dusch okej Frukost okej men tyvärr kunde man inte få stekt ägg Ganska dåligt isolerade rum, så hördes en del från gatan utanför
