The service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily without being asked. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I found breakfast to be different every day.

I was very satisfied staying at this hotel! The service was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were complete, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is also strategic, close to everything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely come back again if I am in this city! 🌟 Plus, the massage was really good.

the staffs were very polite and helpfull. i have stayed in this ibis a few times, with different problems each room has. water leak, broken shower, sometimes the hot water doesnt run, the aircon is not as cold as i expect but its ok

Overall it was good. It's just that the key to the room I was staying in needed to be repaired. When I arrived in front of the room, the door couldn't be opened using the key given by the receptionist. I automatically had to go back down to the 1st floor to ask for the key. After checking, they said the key could be used. However, I asked for an officer to come up to open the door. And it turned out the result was the same, it couldn't be opened by the officer. The door could only be opened after using the master key.

If you stay here, don't forget to ask for a toothbrush and drinking water upon check-in. Yesterday, my room card also had to be replaced because the battery died. At breakfast, I waited for the food (meatballs) to be served, but it took too long, so I ended up just taking what was available.
