The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is strategically located in the Gading Serpong area. The room was exceptionally clean, but we had a bit of trouble adjusting the AC; it was too loud, and the controls seemed to be broken (we didn't complain because we were only staying one night).

Parking is tight. So, valet parking is required, but even valet service takes a long time because they literally take turns coming and going. There are two front desk attendants on duty, but only one is serving, even though there's a queue. Toiletries must be requested at check-in; not all front desk attendants remember to provide them.

The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though the room was non-smoking. Parking space is also limited, so if you bring a car and return to the hotel late at night, it will be difficult to find parking.
