The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is strategically located in the Gading Serpong area. Parking is tight. So, valet parking is required, but even valet service takes a long time because they literally take turns coming and going. There are two front desk attendants on duty, but only one is serving, even though there's a queue. Toiletries must be requested at check-in; not all front desk attendants remember to provide them.

The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though the room was non-smoking. Parking space is also limited, so if you bring a car and return to the hotel late at night, it will be difficult to find parking.

Just arrived from the airport at 16.00 and was still asked to wait for almost an hour by the receptionist, the reason was that the room was not ready yet.

We are very sorry that after arriving from the airport at approximately 4:00 PM, you had to wait almost an hour because your room was not ready, and the reception staff did not explain it clearly. This is certainly not our standard of service, especially after you have traveled and are tired. We will forward your feedback to the reception and housekeeping departments for serious consideration, in order to improve the room preparation process and communication with guests in the future and make it more professional.
