Could do with a larger pool and hot tub for the number of guests at the hotel

This recently built hotel is nicely appointed and well staffed. The location is on the outskirts of town which is a drawback if one needs to go back and forth from town frequently during the day. There is some road noise as it is located on a busy roadway.

Worked perfectly as an base for visiting family in the area.

Had a great night sleep and a nice breakfast.

Nicely appointed hotel with great hospitality and comforts of home. Good location, off of highway 1 and close to shopping and restaurants. The only negative was the pool and hot tub are quite small.

Good, clean, modern hotel with excellent free breakfast. Good bed, and decent pillows. Large TV, airconditioned. Provided us with everything we needed.

Newer hotel. Clean, eas check-in. Breakfast included. Room was spacious, clean. Hotel had a pool, weight room. Would recommend.

I booked Fairfield Inn & Suites Kamloops for July 12th, but when I arrived, I was told there was a water leak in my room and was sent to Best Western Premier Kamloops instead — without prior notice or any compensation. The replacement hotel was a clear downgrade: older room, loud A/C, and no parking available. I booked Fairfield expecting a certain standard, and this experience did not meet it. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service recovery. At the very least, a voucher or partial refund should have been offered.

Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was just what I needed before a day of travel.

The hotel was nice and staff ok, construction on adjacent lot so very noisy and dusty during working hours but quiet evenings. Highway noise was constant
