The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Although the hotel is not new, the building and facilities are in good shape. Excellent service from staff and restaurant members. Anything you may need, just ask them!

Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

Foi bastante ruim. O banheiro do quarto estava com vazamento no vaso sanitário, pedi que reparassem o problema, porém se fizeram algo não foi um bom trabalho. O vazamento aumentou e começou a inundar o quarto.

Experiência ruim. Atendimento fraco da recepção. Eles ignoram o whatsapp. Cobertores VELHOS. Café da manhã simples. Estrutura velha e mal cuidada. O vaso sanitário estava com um tipo massa plástica, pois, possivelmente, havia sido quebrado ou trincado. Acústica do quarto era péssima, pois era possível ouvir conversas dos hóspedes ao lado.

Razoavel o cafe deixa a desejar muito fraco, o quarto nao tinha janela e abafado.

A cama é muito mole e tinha alguma desnível no colchão que deslizava para o meio durante a noite. Ficamos em um quarto que era voltado para a frente do hotel e era muito barulhento porque ele fica situado na estrada, talvez os quartos dos fundos sejam mais silenciosos, mas o custo benefício é bom.

Ficamos em um quarto da frente e o barulho dos veiculos que passavam na estrada incomodava muito, mesmo com as janelas fechadas. O Café da manhã não tinha muitas opções Os Colaboradores são muito atenciosos, e prestativos.

Hotel na média, ele é um pouco antigo, sem acústica que atrapalha muito quem precisa descansar mesmo, por ser as margens da Rodoviária, deveria ter já elas acústicas. O café da manhã e razoável, todo dia a mesma coisa, fiquei 1 semana praticamente e o cardápio é o mesmo. A piscina é bem grande e o ambiente bonito, embora eu não tenha usada devido ao frio que fez durante minha estadia.

Limpeza deixou a desejar, cobertor com ruim.

Funcionários todos excelentes, mas muito barulho para os quartos da frente. Mudaram para um do fundo, mas a cama não era confortável e quarto com banheiro minúsculo. Café da manhã com poucos opções, mas muito gostoso.
