Very pleasant desk staff and room was impeccable.

Excellent breakfast, clean, quiet, helpful staff

Is hotels seems very upscale lovely at the front desk and into the breakfast room. The room was very clean and the mattress was mostly comfortable with just a small squeak in it. Breakfast included both hot and cold selections including scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon as well as pancakes and a pot of oatmeal, with all the accoutrements. There was a waffle maker, however it was out of service due to somebody adding jam into the maker. There are lots of signs asking you not to do this, however it would be easier if they would just remove the open container of jam sitting next to it. The real whipped cream in the can was a nice touch. The coffee was very good!

Ac was not very effective. Noisy highway outside the window. Staff should look up from their computers when guests enter. Breakfast was very hotel average but Hampton used to have the best breakfast

This was my first time staying here. I will never again. Although it is new. That definitely doesn’t make it better. The doors slammed shut, instead of slowly closing. There was no bath tub. This was a third floor room, not an Accessible room. Plus no hot tub. For a hotel charging 3-400$ a night. I would expect better amenities. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety.

Airport Shuttle easy to find and use. Very clean transport shuttle and Driveer very friendly. The room was very clean and all amenities provided as requested. Breakfast was ok for a hotel .

I booked a room and cancelled it the same day not expecting not to get reimbursed, approximately $800.00. I have stayed there multiple times since they opened as I travel to Thunder Bay once a month. They would not honour the waiver expedia requested. They should be ashamed I will not step on the property again
