However, the room service could be more attentive, as there was an instance where complimentary bottled water was not replenished after the daily change, which is typically expected. Additionally, having more staff proficient in English would greatly improve communication with foreign tourists, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable experience for international guests. 😊✨

The hotel is very old, only 1 toilet is new. The furniture is a bit shabby, but for this price, you can't ask for more. The 3 female receptionists were absent-minded and looked sad and gloomy. The receptionist was OK, helped carry things up and down. The elevator was very slow. The view overlooking the Han River was OK.

The TV can't be turned on (maybe the battery is dead because I saw 2 old batteries), the toilet can't use hot water, there is no drainage system at the toilet position so if water splashes out, it can't drain. There is also no vacuum cleaner in the room. So after going to the toilet, the smell is very bad.

The hotel is located right next to the Han River, a convenient location for easy access to entertainment venues in Da Nang, with full tour/car services. The prices here are reasonable, the staff are extremely friendly and supportive, if I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang, I will definitely come back here.

1 địa điểm lưu trú đáng đánh giá cao tại Đà Nẵng. Với mình trải nghiệm sử dụng dịch vụ tại đây rất ổn trong tầm giá. Điểm tốt: 1. Nhìn view sông hàn và được cả 2 cây cầu nổi tiếng. 2. Không gian giường thoả mái cho 2 người sử dụng. 3. Bày trí hợp lí, gọn gàng, thuận mắt nhìn. 4. Đầy đủ các thiết bị cần thiết (Máy lọc không khí, điều hoà, quạt đứng, sửi toilet) 5. Ánh sáng trần trải rộng căn phòng 6. Cửa sổ trời được đẩy lên khá cao, tận hưởng được không khí rất tốt. (Tuy chỉ nhận được phòng ở tầng 3) 7. Có riêng khu vực bàn làm việc để tiện cho khách sử dụng nếu có nhu cầu, điểm mạnh ở đây là ghế ngồi làm việc rất thoả mái. 8. Địa điểm khá gần các trung tâm tại Đà Nẵng Điểm chưa tốt: 1. Trần vẫn còn bị lỗ hổng khá lớn tại khu vực máy lạnh, khiến mất thẫm mỹ nhẹ khi nhìn 2. Đèn đọc sách cũng như bàn làm việc tại đây gần như khó sài và khó khăn khi tìm cách mở - tắt đèn. 3. Chăn, ra gối mền khá nhăn, chưa được ủi thẳng. 4. Remote TV không sử dụng được, mình phải chịu khó đi tìm nút ấn ở sau TV để sử dụng. . Hi vọng đây là bình luận tốt để mọi người chọn dịch vụ lưu trú tốt để sử dụng trên Thành Phố Đà Nẵng Nếu tổng quan về chi phí đặt phòng và trải nghiệm thì mình đánh giá rất cao ở đây.
