Just a short walk from the airport parking to friendly and helpful check in staff. The room and shower were immaculate. We had a very comfortable night.

Disappointed in the breakfast. Overcooked eggs, hardly any choice of pastries. It’s not the first time we stayed here and it never seems to get better. The best things were the bread. The rooms with twin beds are very small. If it wasn’t for the convenience of being close to the airport I wouldn’t stay. The bathroom was good with big soft towels.

Convenient hotel for overnight stay die to early flight. Rooms clean and comfortable, restaurant/bar area busy with fairly basic food selection. Service quick and efficient.

Perfect for an early or late arriving flight, easy walk from the terminal, brilliant breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms. Book early as prices can be quite high. New carpark at Bristol makes it even easier now.

We found that the food menus for the evening meal is certainly not as good as previously available.We will not be eating in if the menus does not alter

Quick last minute overnight stay. Catching flight early hrs the following morn. Staff very professional, helpful and accommodating. Food was ok. Early wake up call and breakfast snack bag appreciated.

Handy hotel for airport but the service for food was slow and not enough on menu. This is the 2nd time this has happened, use to be good at one time.
