Fun and easy access, cleanliness, friendly staff and complete facilities

The hotel is nice.however, to further improve the service, the restaurant and bar staff should pay more attention to the guests. During my stay, whenever I dined at the restaurant or bar, I often had to wave several times to get the staff’s attention, as no one seemed to be on standby. Also, the Caesar salad was not very enjoyable.

Perfect, basically satisfied staying here, it's just that sometimes the phone is difficult.

Putri, the front office on duty, was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was delicious, and the view was also really beautiful. I got a room on the 20th floor where I could see the sunset.

Sheraton never fails to deliver an exceptional staycation experience for our family. The room was spacious and comfortable, customer service was excellent across the board—from hotel to restaurant staff—and we truly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary cake. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, while the gym was fully equipped and a great bonus for those wanting to stay active during their stay. Dining at Bromo Restaurant, as always, was a culinary highlight. One of the biggest added values is the hotel’s unbeatable location and direct access to Tunjungan Plaza. It makes shopping or finding a bite to eat incredibly convenient, especially for families or anyone on a short getaway. We can’t wait to come back for our next staycation.
