The room was spacious; I asked for the highest room to avoid the horror. Moving to a suite next to the elevator was the most comfortable for bringing children. Breakfast was varied, and there was an angklung performance. The weather was pleasantly cool.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The mountain atmosphere is beautiful and very child-friendly.

Seruni. Quite an iconic hotel in the Bogor area. I returned after about 10 years. - Room: I booked a mountain view but without a balcony, spacious, nice interior, good hot water, okay amenities, for the price of only 600-800k, this is 9/10. But honestly, why is there a statue in the room, it makes the atmosphere a bit creepy. - Food: Honestly, this is disappointing. 6/10, the taste is so-so but the main menu variations are strange. Imagine, the main menu is buffet but it contains fried rice, fried bakwan, chicken nuggets (this is the first time in a hotel to find chicken nuggets as a main menu), pakchoy vegetables. - Facilities: 4/10, chaotic, not maintained. Seruni is famous for its many activities in the area, but now, it is chaotic, not maintained. The mini zoo smells, when you want to enter there are lots of spider webs, the Olympic pool is not maintained, dirty, the waterboom slides are not maintained, wanting to play is afraid of tetanus, luckily the pool in the waterboom is clean enough so you can swim. The sandy swimming pool is also quite clean. Overall, I'd rate it 7/10. I was satisfied with the room, but surprised by the food and facilities, which were largely neglected.

At first, I was hesitant to choose this hotel because many people said it was scary, but after trying it, it turned out not to be scary at all. The hotel is spacious, the view is great, there are many swimming pools, although they are very cold. There is entertainment on Saturday nights. If you want to go to a different pool, there are cars that go around. Each room has a bathtub, and you can borrow prayer equipment. The downsides, in my opinion: 1. The food is not very varied and the taste is just okay (especially the sausages that were still salty after 2 days). Oh, and for a 5-year-old child, there is an additional 120,000 Rupiah, which is a bit expensive for mediocre food. 2. The TV is not a smart TV. 3. The royal-style room looks old-fashioned (not modern), and there are lots of statues, maybe that's the concept. 4. The hot tub is dirty and small.

Thank God, I finally got to stay at Seruni. I went there on a weekday, it was quiet, and it felt like a private hotel 😂. I booked a balcony with a mountain view. It was the best, but it was a shame there was no sun, it was full of fog. That made it even more magical. The food was so-so. Thank you, Hotel Seruni.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, even the rooms are spotless. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, playground, mini zoo, jacuzzi, sandpit, and water park. The hotel is very spacious and the views are beautiful. Unfortunately, it was foggy when we were there, which put me in a bad mood. Haha.

I was completely satisfied and have no regrets staying here. There's so much to explore, perfect for a family vacation. I really want to bring my parents here next time.

The leg of the chair in the room broke when I sat on it. And it was very dangerous. Because it fell and I sat on the floor. It was dangerous for the tailor. It has been reported but there was no compensation at all.

Seruni Salak..cool view..friendly staff. And it's really good for kids but unfortunately the breakfast menu is not very varied for the main meal..otherwise it's really good..will come back again if I have the chance
