Staff = Not Friendly Room Ambience = Dark/Horror/Scary Room Cleanliness = Dirty Bathroom = Shower not working, rusty, dirty, salty water, bad soap that makes you sticky, no toothbrush, uncomfortable showering during and after. Hotel Ambience = Horrible, dim lights, lots of broken lights, dirty walkway to the room View = Beautiful sea, lots of boats Smell = Stuffy, damp, smelly Bed = Damp, itchy, uncomfortable to sleep in

Old hotel. A bit poorly maintained. But I'm sure this hotel was very nice in its time.

The room smells like toilet, the bathroom is dark, there is no drinking water.

I entered the room and it was dirty, the pillows smelled of someone who had just finished checking in, so I checked out right then and there.

The location of the Redoor is strategic but there are no amenities, the cleanliness is lacking because there is a lot of crust in the toilet, the towels are worn out, but the sea view is nice & you can see the ship when you open the room curtains

The staff is friendly and helpful. But the room is really dirty, oh my God, it's a shame even though the location is good, by the sea, the room is also big, but the maintenance is really lacking. The bathroom is dirty and smelly, the shower is rusty, the curtains are no longer usable, there is no TV channel. This is the worst accommodation experience in my life, the room is really not suitable😭

The room was really scary, everything was dirty, the water was brackish, luckily it was only for a day.

1. Receptionist is not friendly, no enthusiasm to help. 2. Bed area: smelly blanket, dirty white sheet, smelly and dirty pillowcase. 3. Unmaintained bathroom: leaking toilet hose causes flooding in the toilet floor area, no water heater, shower has no hook and is rusty, toilet for defecating is not clean.

The room sheets were dirty and the bathroom was dark as if it hadn't been left in a long time.

The hotel staff was angry, the water was off from dawn until check out time, there was no confirmation from the hotel that the service was lacking, and the water was running without a sign that it had not been checked in every room.

Everything doesn't match the photos and pictures in the application and the bedroom and bathroom sheets are very dirty, cleanliness, what's more, there is no comfort.

The view is good, but the room is not clean and not complete, especially in my opinion, the bathroom is not suitable. If it's a little cleaner and renovated, that's fine
