I was a day late for the check-in that I had booked, but I was still served well.

Perfect, awesome, wonderful, friendly staff, clean room

I got a room with no sunlight at all, and I stayed there for 7 days and 6 nights. Several tables in the room were already tilted and about to break and fall. My husband and I believe this was due to the room's humidity. Luckily, the staff was excellent. We requested daily cleaning, and the results were excellent. The location is also very strategic. So, the rating is supported by the service and strategic location.

pro: cheap! free breakfast, walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. mostly locals stays here.. cons: hotel is old and not as clean as I'd prefer, but you get what you paid for. i got the first floor near the lobby and I hear drunk people screaming and talking at night on the weekend but it was quiet during the week. I guess if you're staying during the weekend, ask for a room on higher floors to avoid the noise.

All the services are fast and friendly, only the room I got had a lot of cockroaches and ants, the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned, please maintain the cleanliness of the room, at least before the guest checks in, spray it or clean it first. So far everything is good, the distance to the beach is not far, the staff are friendly and very handy

The room on the 5th floor, complete room facilities with a good location, but I didn't like the toilet door handle that made it stuck, it could be replaced with a sliding one. The condition of the room in some corners was damp and many small cockroaches were running around and some got into our food that we put on the table 🙄. The gallon of water in the hallway provided was often empty, and the parking space was minimal (even for motorbikes). However, we felt comfortable staying here because the price was still affordable. Oh yeah, when I was going to check in, I just realized that the room key was lost, and I had to pay 50k but I wasn't given any kind of receipt/receipt of payment (is that really all there is?)

It's great. The room is super clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is super fast. The AC is incredibly cold. It's a shame the view is only of the roof tiles, but it's okay. There's no choice for breakfast, but the fried rice and sausage are delicious. It's very close to a pharmacy and a minimarket, just across the street (in front of the hotel). The only downside is the small parking area. But overall, this hotel is awesome. 👍👍👍👍👍 Note: Room 320 is awesome.

The hotel is close to the Kuta hotel, just a short walk away, the front of the hotel is also Alpha, guaranteed to be comfortable, the food is also delicious and not boring
