I booked this hotel specifically for the sauna and the description said the hotel has ac but the sauna was not working and there was no ac. Also very close the train so can be loud at night especially if window is open for fresh air.

It’s not you it’s me… When I go stay in London the life gets sucked out of me it’s the most horrible place with the most horrible people so I already get put is a mood!

⸻ The room was unbearably hot in the summer, with no air conditioning and no fan provided. I had to specifically request a fan, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, a deposit was taken and never refunded. To make matters worse, the receptionist I dealt with was extremely rude.

I like the location. The room was very small the bathroom is very tiny, the bed is not a double my hisband and myself barely fit on it and very uncomfortable. The parking is right by the smelly bins. I wouldnt recommend to anyone

Overall the hotel was pretty nice but can get really busy. A few other points: - Patchy wifi signal makes the tv difficult to use - Majority of amenities out of use including simulated golf, sauna and steam room. - Note that you have to ask for kitchen equipment to be apart of the rook after checking in - Staff knocked and walked in whilst I was in the room - Good location

The room was dirty on arrival , it had someone half drunk coffee on the side which was still hot and the kettle was still hot meaning they had only just left the room . There was makeup wipes across the kitchen side and used tissues and in the toilet it was the same . The TV remote did not work asked for a replacement which also did not work , didn't bother complaining about the room as didn't hold much faith as couldn't get a remote right so tidied myself

The hotel environment was generally acceptable, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my stay. Firstly, the hotel does not have air conditioning, which made it unbearably hot during the summer. Unfortunately, the hotel staff were unable to assist with this issue, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there were problems with some of the room's amenities, including malfunctioning doors and light bulbs. Another concerning matter was the hotel's policy regarding holding money. Upon check-in, the hotel holds a certain amount of money, but the process of returning the deposit at check-out takes an excessively long time, which is quite inconvenient. Given these issues, I regret to say that I would not recommend this hotel

Facilities didn't work and they refused to compensate

TV didn’t work and flush on toilet didn’t always work… these were the only downsides though, it didn’t ruin our stay and we would return.

Property is in good location, but need to improve/fix room condition and facilities such as kitchen water tap was broken and cookware utensils was not in the kitchen so I have to ask in receptionist.

Experience from start to finish was not great, parking is very limited, hard to find and quite confusing. The room was like a super heated sauna, no air conditioning. We had to ask for an extra fan to get through the night. Can hear the trains even high up, didnt bother us though too much The bed was comfy however the bathroom smelt and didn’t feel very clean, especially the pink mould on the shower head. And the missing drain. The coffee/brunch place on the bottom floor looked really nice, and the surrounding area is lovely. Just a shame about the hotel!!!

Cancelled my booking because they were overbooked- left me homeless in London.

Absolutely terrible place, avoid at all cost, TV doesn't work, Rooms are extremely hot with no AC, staff is rude, unexpected costs, other residents walking around in just towels in the reception area.

What a shame, the hotel is in a great location but the condition is looking tired and not appealing at all. Rooms were falling apart. No utensils or anything in the room, including a remote to work the TV. Requested a remote and it was provided, but without any batteries in the remote so gave up and never got to watch TV. Limited bathroom supplies which is annoying since I travel light for work. All of the facilities mentioned on the website were not available so pointless suggested to prospective guests to take any form of swim wear. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Studio had kitchenette but no toaster,utensils, plates, dishes, glasses or pots and pans. No clothes hanger and hairdryer was missing, irioning board but no iron. Asked at reception and they sent someone up with hairdryer and cutlery and hangers but took a long time. Mattress protector was stained and filthy. Bathroom really small, toiletries the smallest shower gel, etc ive ever seen. Room very hot, opened window but then was very noisy. Went back yesterday 5th aug 2025 to check out 1 day early due to feeling unwell, luckily i was leaving bag packed as hotel was being evacuated due to fire. Had to haul luggage down 9 floors..alarms were not very obvious just saw lifts out of service, firemen scaling stairs shouting at us to get out. No one to take register, no one alerts you to fire drill etc on check in. No wonder no refunds, very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience — zero stars if I could. We were told to call ahead to arrange parking, but for two full weeks, every attempt led nowhere. Reception would “helpfully” offer to transfer us to their supposed parking team, but every single time the call just rang out and went straight to voicemail — no one ever picked up. It honestly felt like the parking team doesn’t even exist. After two frustrating weeks of being bounced between reception and voicemail, we finally resorted to emailing. At that point, they booked the parking, but never sent us any confirmation. When we arrived, the instructions were vague and unclear. Parking is under the building, but Google Maps sends you down to the docks instead. I asked reception if we could park temporarily to collect the permit — they said yes. Two weeks later, we get slapped with a £100 parking fine, which was more than the cost of the stay itself. To top it off, the room was dusty, with no air conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable in summer. If you expect even the most basic level of service or communication, do not stay here.

It was amazing and stress-free! The apartment is compact and tidy! The apartment does get really hot! The spa is top-notch and very relaxing!
