Just a quick walk up to the beach and a convenience store right next door

House keeping and front office staff were lazy and unhelpful. Room was antiquated and furniture was falling apart. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

First room I booked, had a low bed no mattress just spring box and a futon. I asked to change it and they gave me another room that had multiple tiny roaches coming out of the walls. They gave me another which was better than the first two but not great. When I asked where was the room in the picture, desk agent told me “The rooms don’t even look like that anymore” so don’t believe what you see lol. The only thing I liked was its location, and honest staff. But I have to admit even for its price I expected it to be clean. Safe to say I will not be staying here again.

Friendly staff and location

Nothing worked. Turned on bathroom sink, sprayed all over sink basin like a mist. We were aloud (1) towel or (1) wash cloth! We had to choose!!!Hot water pot didn’t work! Bugs bugs bugs! When we checked in woman acted like we were bothering her. Every question was met with eye role.

Nice quiet stay. Very spacious comfortable room.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's location to the main strip.

The hotel is really nice for an older hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The pool closed quite early though. Everything in our room worked well. I would stay there again.

Worn down and poorly managed / serviced hotel. We had 3 days of no cleaning at all, even though we were out almost all of the time. Even after I asked 3 times when heading out that they would clean our room. Dirty floors when we came and we didn’t receive any hand or face towels until the last day (6 day stay) and then only 1 for the two of us. In general worn down and dirty grout. Highway motel standards at best.

Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. I was nothing but understanding and kind and they just kept missing the mark time after time. There was a roach. The bed was nasty and smelled bad, it had white blotchy stains on the blanket and I asked for them to change the blankets and sheets 5 times!!!! 5!! They told me they would and never did! Eventually I went down and asked the person working the desk to help me she told me "sorry they prioritize new arriving guests over existing guests" and I almost blew a gasket!!!! I told her they my blanket had stains on it!! And crumbs and stank! She told me she'd ask if they'd want to help later. Eventually someone arrived at my door hours later and she said they don't own any other blankets and "were not allowed to change it out". Everytime I attempted to talk to someone at the front desk, they were in the backroom hiding on their phones and I had to wait a while before they eventually decided to come out to help. Safe to say I'm never going back and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Affordable and convenient

There are higher-class hotels in the area, but this one was fine and much less expensive. It shows its age, but it's totally enough for the basics. ABC mart next door, and 5-min walk to the beach. I'd stay there again.

The hotel is old but conveniently located. No restaurants inside of the hotel but many eateries around the hotel..
