They should improve the quality of their towels, which appear discolored and unclean. I felt uncomfortable using them.

I had stay this hotel for 9 days it was good and fantastic the staff they are fraindly and honesty at I had spent nice time

It suited my purposes excellently and was adjacent to the airport.

Nice stay - beds very nice. Disappointed I was charged for a full breakfast price when all I wanted was 1 banana. Some flexibility is always appreciated for top customer service.

Good stay. Comfortable. Were there for one night. Everything was neat and tidy.

Clean environment and the rooms are clean as well, however they should consider fumigating often to avoid tiny insects from crawling in the rooms.

Ramada is very welcoming hotel. Its lobby is exceptional with erhiopian coffee ceremony.

Good

All went well except 02 things: (1) the internet connection was neither fast nor stable. On two occasions (Tue 10 and Fri 13 June) Internet was disconnected repeatedly while i was on an important Zoom meeting. (2) Food was generally good but the "Arabic mezze" was appaling. I had to return the dish as served. When guests choose hotels like the Ramada they expect a certain level of quality overall.

Friendly, super helpful front desk staff (shout out to Elias and team). Great location near airport. Spacious and well-equipped room. Safe, walkable area close to multiple dining options. Brand new spa with great services. Loved our 3 day stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent staff. The bathroom and shower need some work. It was exceedingly difficult for me to wash my face and shave because of the way the faucet and sink is constructed.

Great place to stay with a very friendly reception / staff to help you with any needs or request. If I had to pick a negative, it would be the about the room wifi. Should be able to connect to more than three devices and boost signal a bit more. Then again, it could've just been a weak signal in my room. Really enjoyed the spa located on site too.
