Stopped for 3 nights before staring a trek as a solo traveller. Hotel was fabulous, great location, great food, wonderful service and the rooms were fantastic and did not expect them to be as wonderful as they were. Will return to stay again!!

Excellent hotel with helpful, friendly staff, immaculate and spacious climate controlled-rooms. Great gym for working out using machines, free weights, treadmills. Nice location for shopping and wondering around Thamel area. Arranged early check in which I really appreciated after flying from West Coast for many hours. Hotel arranged ride from airport at reasonable price. Buffet breakfast with wide assortment of foods. Restaurant portions were generous and satisfying. I’d go back here if ever in Kathmandu again.

Probably the best hotel in Thamel. Comparible with any western hotel. Food is good. Staff are very attentive

Airport pickup with wonderful hotel and staff. Conveniently located near Thamel shops and sites. Easy walking. Looking forward to our next stay there!

Great property and location. Staff was amazing!

Very well maintained property. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Only issue was at check-in. I had reserved a room for a half day as my flight left in the evening. I had my text message from the hotel stating it would be $50 extra which I agreed to. Lady at the desk had to see the text. Take a screen shot and make a phone call to get approval. Rest of the stay was fine.

It was a quick one night stay to get to Delhi, India from Pokhara, Nepal.

Nothing to fault. An excellent stay and will return again next time.

Clean, comfortable, safe and in close proximity to good restaurants and shopping area.

All staff were very good. Rebecca was excellent. As were receptionist.

Absolutely disgusting. There are up charges for everything. Do not use the bar or restaurant, the staff is paid based on how much they bill out. Bartenders and servers will add extra charges to your bill. And as a going away present, $100 for the airport shuttle. Unreal. I saw so many other guests upset about all the bogus charges. The staff doesn’t care nor does the management. I strongly recommend not staying at this dump.
