Stayed in a superior room, worth it for that price, lack of sunlight because it is covered by building walls

It would be better if when guests check in they are helped to get to their room, and told how to use equipment such as the TV, etc.

The room is nice, but the downside is that the mattress is not very clean, there are still stains🥲 and the bathroom is a bit smelly, hopefully it can be cleaned more. The room is quite cool even though there is no AC. The location is strategic, suitable for transit if you are tired of going around Lembang.

The staff were not very friendly at all, when checking in guests went to the front of the room, the bathroom was dirty, there was a lot of rust, the mattress sheets were worn out, the room was hot, there was no fan or AC, Netflix didn't work.

The room was really crap, the mattress was no longer suitable, the sheets and pillow cases were damp so they smelled, plus there were small animals on the mattress.

I have been a regular guest here when I visit Lembang since it was called Hotel Kupu-kupu, now it is called D’Journey. The place is cool without AC, strategic with many food stalls in front of it and close to the crowd. Across from it is a TNI shooting practice place. But the last time I came here, the room was damp and the toilet was uncomfortable and poorly maintained.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is lacking. The atmosphere is also lacking.

Just an ordinary hotel, small room, a bit musty smell, nothing special.

It's okay with that kind of budget.

For a comfortable and quiet hotel, it's close to where you can find food, and if you want to go to a tourist spot, it's close to Dusun Bambu or Lembang Zoo.
