When I first arrived I was thrilled! The hotel had a beautiful interior and an older vibe to it. When I was given my room I was on the second floor and all the way to the end of the hall. That was a bit frustrating because I had a young child with me and so naturally I had a stroller. There was not an elevator on my end of the hall, Only had stairs Full kitchen was a plus Bed was worn and dented gave me a bad kink in my neck and hurt my back. The first night I stayed there was an alive cockroach in the room. There were spider webs in the room as well as spiders in them there were splashes of something all over the walls. The bathtub had calcifications all over the drain and there was rust or something stuck inside the paint that had chipped away inside the bath tub. This was very frustrating because I bathe my child. There was also a very precariously positioned vent in the shower that made me quite uncomfortable. I was too tired my first night there to bother with anything in the kitchen but my second night I decided to cook. There was no dish soap to wash the dishes no was it sponge. When I looked for all the provisions to cook with and plate up I found there was no silverware a dirty pan and the dishwasher had dirty dishes. The second night I found a much smaller cockroach after cooking running around on the kitchen counter. The entire time I was there the AC did not work which forced me to open a window that had no screen and allow the possibility of mosquitos. hav pics

Had a great time here. Beach is down the street. Bars and food very close by. Shopping across the street. Staff was great.

Ibalready posted a review this morning - I left early; it was so bad. Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, and the fridge was so loud! And a dog barking in the room next door! I did NOT sleep well. I literally had to keep the lights on so that the roaches would stay back! OMG - I had to put my clothes bag in the fridge so roaches wouldnt get into my stuff! I had checked in late, then had to leave for an event and came back late and found all this above. Uggh! I will NEVER come back and I WANT A REFUND! SO DISAPPOINTED!!

The room has little bugs maybe little roaches and the sofa couch. Not bedbugs. There was no soap or towels in the room.

Pool was drained. Hotel did not look like the pictures advertised.

Good stay for the price. Everything was par for the course. I would stay again.

Air conditioner didn’t work right. The pool and hot tub was drained. Furniture needs to be updated. Staffed was very nice. Very quiet

Room was dirty, smelled musty, moldy , and damp, and had very poor ventilation. Emphasis on the dirty, found hair, trash and many bugs on and around the floor. Waste of money, you couldn’t pay me to room there again

As soon as I walked in the door it smelled the counter top and floor was cover in cockroaches. The carpet was full of crumbs and the fridge was full of splattered food.

I was in the room all of five minutes before deciding I wasn’t going to stay there. The sheets were dirty, it looked like no one had clean the place in a while, and the entire room was pretty gross. When I went down to the front desk, they told me they would be unable to process my refund until a manager was on duty, which was not going to be until the next day. I’m still waiting to hear back on my refund, but I’m so glad I stayed somewhere else instead.

Nobody was there to help us check in.When we got there. we waited in the lobby for an hour for anybody to possibly, come help us check into our room. And nobody came so we had to go buy a room somewhere else for the night after we already spent money on this one when I called the next day. The manager had nothing to say about the situation.

Bedbugs I was told was exterminated, but I got bitten. This is not OK.

My room , 328, was infested with cockroaches & I reported it the next morning. The front desk staff said that they will have the room sanitized. However, when we got back to the room that evening. There were still cockroaches. The hotel asked me to send an email to the website as noted in the folio & also told me to inform you & that you’ll call them regarding the situation.

In my opinion, the location of my room was GREAT! It was quiet, I didn't have anyone above or next to my room which was ideal because there was no noise whatsoever! I love that the room has a full kitchen > Refrigerator, microwave, stove, plates, silverware. I could bring food to store for later. The AC unit works great. There were some minor things like one drawer couldn't open, sliding door to shower area doesn't close all the way. You would have to ask for shampoo, conditioner, soap if it's not in your room and they will gladly give some to you. But like I said, minor things which didn't bother me. I kiked the fact that they won't come and clean your room unless you ask for it. I didn't mind that at all! Hurray that you have Cable TV instead of just the basic channels there's a variety of stations to choose from as well. Best part for me was the quietness in a room tucked away from any noise. I would stay there again and when I do, I hope that room will be available for me to stay in once again!

We found a live cockroach in our room in broad daylight. There were burn marks/holes on the furniture. Cleaning supplies were left in our room.
