It was a nice stay and great service from the staff, especially Lastina, a staff member in the restaurant. She was really nice and helpful.

Our experience at this hotel was generally positive. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for early check-in. We had included breakfast in our reservation, although we did not have the chance to try it. The room was clean; however, we still found dust on the window and the desk, which unfortunately triggered our allergies.

✅ Room was spacious and clean! AC was cold as well, which is to my liking. Hot water was always functional. Despite only having 1 lift in front (there’s another one in the back of the building near the vending machine), we didn’t have to wait for long. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. Would definitely recommend and re-book in the future 🫶🏻 ❌ One thing that’s lacking is just the soundproofing, I can hear people in the next room talking at like 2AM in the morning. My room was next to the maintenance room so I thought it was the staff. During the weekend, the sound intensity doubled as rooms were filled with more people, I can even hear the TV sound from other rooms, not just the chattering people.

location is not quite near to Pavilion , Berjaya Times but it's still fine and walking distance between 10-15 mins.

The hotel is quite cheap, and the room is quite nice to stay in, and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel room is good. But the AC in the room was not working however at the end we have to call the receptionist and they get it fixed and also the electric water boiler was not working too. They should check all these things before the guest check in.

The staff is friendly and helpful, I got the 12th floor, the view is more or less like this from the room, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, the hot water for showering has to wait a while to get hot, overall it's okay hihi thank you

Very strategic location to go to TRX Mall and Pavilion

The location is excellent, close to Bukit Bintang and the TRX MRT. The room wasn't particularly large, but it was clean, and fortunately, it had a window overlooking the city, making for a pleasant stay.
