Wonderful Stay at Palladium Hotel Menorca We had a great experience at Palladium Hotel Menorca, big thanks to Gonzalo Romero. He went above and beyond from check-in through our stay, especially when we faced an issue with our reservation . Gonzalo handled everything with professionalism and warmth, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly outstanding service!

Better compared with many of the accommodations around but price is high for what they offer

Overall a nice hotel, food selection for AI is very good, wide selection and well cooked, probably the best AI I've had. Pool are has plenty of loungers but the pool are is a tad dated and needs updating. Bar staff at the pool are are friendly and fast. However I can not forgive the mold in my room at the air conditioning unit which works incredibly slow and hardly cools the room. This mad me ill and set of my breathing condition, hotel tried to tell me it wasn't making me ill but I remembered them I am a doctor. Staff was quick to clean the air conditioning unit. Was told the hotel does not offer fans to help. The hotel is also at top of a hill, nice views. We paid for a hot tub room which was nice but I feel some aid to get into out would be helpful. I was told the manager would deal with my situation on Monday, but have ignored my emails and also the ones from hotel.com so for this reason I can not recommend

The location is beautiful, coffee is terrible, buffet options are limited. bathroom is a bit worn out. Arts and crafts activities don’t have enough supply, no white paint. Overall is a solid 3 stars hotel.

We had such an amazing time at Palladium. The staff were amazing and we loved all of the entertainment and pool activities. A special shoutout to Richard and Matthew for such wonderful customer service! They made every day so much fun and truly treated every guest as family. Thanks again! - Your Canadian friends!

Very clean, lovely food, nice location near beaches and alose to the Camí de cavals trail. OK bus services to Fornells and Es Mercadal (for connection to Mahon or Ciutadella). Would go there again.

It was perfect experience. Nice room, beautiful each and very friendly stuff.

Loved the couple of nights we spent at The Palladium. Wished we had booked longer. Staff on reception, restaurant, bar, games team and room service all so friendly. There was a great choice of food and drinks. Entertainment fun too. Loved the aqua class. Views from the hotel are like s picture postcard. Could not fault it.

Was ok for a short stay. Entertaiment is more for kids not for adults.

Hotel es súper lindo , su personal muy atento !! Nuestra salida era a las 12 MD y y nuestro vuelo sale a las 7:30 Pm ….asi que nos permitieron quedarnos y seguir disfrutando de las instalaciones , almuerzo y una habitación por una hora para ducharnos y salir para el aeropuerto !! Ha sido una experiencia increíble !! Mil felicitaciones a todo el personal de este hotel !!

Great location and great views! Beach within walking distance. Very good choice of food and drink on all-inclusive. Minor issue with wet room design- water does get everywhere but nothing a few more towels couldn’t fix. Would definately stay again.

excellent hotel

Not usually a fan of staying in this kind of big hotel, preferring a smaller setup usually. But check-in felt warm and welcoming. Room was a great size, nice bathroom with double walk-in shower. The clincher for this trip was the hot-tub on the balcony which did not dissapoint. Hotel is nestled on the top of a hill, be prepared to have a lengthy and steep climb up from the beach. Pool area is big enough to have a niceAdults only area aeay from the main pool. Book a cabana for a nice touch. Food was generally good. Nice variety on offer across breakfast lunches and dinners. A shame some of the signage was not available on the local dishes as this could have been a nice way of explaining what things were. Mostly Spanish only speaking waiting team which led to a couple of awkward conversations. But not enough to put you off. Overall a great stay.

This hotel has amazing sea views and is a short walk down to the nearby beach with clear warm water. We managed to get sunbeds by the pool, although we visited in June, so not peak season. The hotel staff are approachable and helpful and speak excellent English. The room was clean and modern with a wonderful sea view. The service in the buffet restaurant was good, with waitresses clearing used plates quickly and being friendly to customers. The buffet food in the restaurant was varied with some themed evenings. However, the quality of food could have been better and with signage could be clearer. The pasta and broccoli were overcooked and the food sometimes tasted a bit bland. Otherwise, this is a good hotel for a short break with wonderful sea views.
