I don't know if this is a new or old hotel, but my room felt like an old vintage room, the bathroom door and the walls were a bit leaky and sorry the buffet food didn't have many options and didn't suit my palate. but this hotel was busy and full anw

Hotel is just nice. Perfect for business in the center of denpasar. Room is oke. But some room has no window heading outside. But receptionists are very helpfull they move me to better one with windows to outside

The hotel is lovely but the AirCon is very noisy. I stayed on July the AirCon was ok and this time on September the sound of the aircon was very noisy and I stayed in the same room. I wish they will fix the AirCon in the room.

Great location, close to Sanur and easy access to major roads. Parking is a bit tight if you're driving. Clean rooms and good service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in around Renon, Denpasar city center area, good choice to stay when in need to be in Denpasar City. A humble (more for business) hotel to stay in for the night rests and simple hearty breakfast in the mornings and plenty of restos and cafe nearby the hotel for lunch or dinner.

The staff is friendly, the rooms and lobby are clean, and the food is delicious, and perhaps they could expand the variety. And perhaps the breakfast dining area could be adjusted. If it's full, let customers know so they don't have to wait for others to finish eating before they can sit down. Thank you.
