Stayed 3 nights for a conference. It was all good

Centrally located and great amenities.

Not a bad stay, but we expected a bit more given it's a Hilton. There was little water pressure in the shower, somewhat surprising given it seemed to be a fairly new building. The music from the corridor could be heard inside the room which can bother some (we tried to go to bed quite early and found it a bit annoying until it was turned off at around 19:30). Instructions for parking were confusing as the sign showing directions is wrong driving in from one direction (correct from the other). Parking could also be included given the nature of hotel / destination, but at least it was not expensive (paid 55 overnight).

Very conveniently located in downtown

Hilton Garden Inn is nicer than the regular Hilton next door, maybe because it is brand new. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are other restaurants and shopping nearby, I highly recommend.

Very nice hotel with an outstanding staff. The employees of this hotel are friendly and very dilligent. They treated me very well. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

The good airport connection is a pro.

There was no tub and no women facilities in the room. When we requested we were told to buy a bucket from the nearby shops

The service, with smiles, openness and engagement, was the best I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel. Service with a smile is even an understatement. It was a small hotel atmosphere in a large brand hotel.

the area was convenient and safe. the room was in good condition. the problem was the wifi connection was too unstable and weak on my second stay (divided into two times for one night tour)

Very helpful staff

The service staff tend to be interns or juniors who are helpful but lack experience. Also in my room, most of the electric sockets were not functioning. I would say the hood point about the hotels is it’s central, right in the city. Breakfast spread was also so so.
