Only complaint is noisy neighbours

The property was clean and convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, no funny smells, the breakfast had variety, and the front desk was helpful. Also a great proce while being ideally situated close to downtown. No complaints at all.

Basement room. Felt like a cell block. We booked a non-smoking room, but the ghosts of smokers past were in the walls or carpet. Towels smelled of mould.Definitely was not a good idea to try to save a few bucks by booking here.

Overall, our stay was OK. When I first checked in, I forgot to have my credit card, but the lady at the desk kept my ID, which I thought was weird. The first thing I noticed when we finally made it to the room was the bathroom. There was dried urine and some brown substance dripping off the front of the seat which made me think they didn’t really clean the room that well because you cannot miss it. The room was rather small, but it did its job. The only other issue is the air conditioner. Had a light on that we couldn’t turn off at night so the room was very bright when we were trying to sleep. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was nice, but just upset about the bathroom because it made me think the rest of the room was not thoroughly cleaned.
