We local tourists felt a warm welcome since check in - check out, because sometimes in other hotels employees are friendlier and warmer to certain segments or to foreign tourists than to local tourists. Complete room facilities meet the needs of travelers and appreciate the hotel management really understands the comfort in the shower area especially for Indonesians. There is a jet shower in the toilet, rain shower and flexible shower. The hotel also provides quite complete fitness equipment even though the gym is not very spacious. Enjoying the evening atmosphere from the deck on the 16th floor is very beautiful and serene. One thing that needs to be improved is the restaurant area on the 3rd floor. Lacking natural nuances such as green plants, waterfalls/fountains, fish ponds and also when we had breakfast there was no music. Overall, the Kokoon hotel is a recommended place to stay for travelers visiting Banyuwangi. Thank you
