Toillet was broken and I was told that next morning We were going to be transfered to another room wich never happened, I waisted my time picking up our luggages then we have to put all my stuff back.

Basic stay for 2 nights. Reasonably clean but lots of noise coming from other apartments. The bathroom was very tired and hardly any room. Really hard to find (It’s next to the Atleti shop) with zero signage and it’s a bit intimidating walking in. Did the job for 2 nights but I wouldn’t recommend for a single person.

Good location

The place was okay, I got a small apartment with all I needed for a short stay (kitchenette, small closet). The staff was okay, the young fellow who checked me in was very nice and I was able to leave my luggage at the reception.

Nice service, great location in Gran Via in the middle of the action. Weird lobby :-) but really good service. Rooms are good, big and comfortable but the place would value a fixer upper. But for a quick stop I would go back.

Not the best property but valie for money and the breakfast was amazing!!

Excellent location the only issue was the internet connection very weak.

It is a little bit pricey for what you receive but it is a comfortable place with everything you may need for a good stay.

Batroom safety is zero. Room distribution is bad. You can not watch tv fron any angle. Stairs with no safety handles at lobby

Great location, just a-bit tired and you can hear everything going on in the corridors. So you are up early whether you like it or not.

This property does not match the pictures. The rooms are rundown. Smartr only supplied sheets, no blankets. I had to use my single towel as a made up blanket. The room was so little there was no room to open the suitcase and it had a particular smell. I tripped many times between the bathroom and the bedroom because the divisor plate was loose. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights. After just one night I booked another place to stay. I was really bombed after having such a good experience at the Smartr Valencia.

Condition for the room study were very deteriorated.

The best part about the property was the location which is right on the gran via. The room was nothing like the images. The floor tiles broken and in the bathroom as well with a strange odor coming from bathroom. If you want to save some money then book this, but spend entire day out in the city. Overall, you get what you pay for.
