Second day, took a shower at 6 am but there was no hot water and the soap seemed to have run out.

I had a special request for 1 single bed via the app but the staff said it was not possible because it used a voucher, I think other hotels can. When entering the room the door card did not work, I had to exchange it again to the ground floor.
