Staffs are friendly and some of them are capable of English conversations. Facilities are great! Our room is clean and got enough space for 4 medium-sized suitcases (26 inch) since we can put our luggages under the bed too. Location is good too, it's near Akihabara Station and Bakurocho Station (5 mins away from Bakurocho Station).

The hotel is very close to entrance A1 from the train station, but this entrance has no lift. The hotel is very comfortable, although the space is small. The storage place underneath the bed is very useful, especially if you carry a lot of luggage. This hotel provides cleaning every 3 days or upon request.

Proses check in butuh hampir 2jam, karena masalah komunikasi. Orang hotel tidak bisa bahasa inggris dan tidak menyampaikan ke saya bahwa mereka tidak menemukan nomor booking saya. Kamar hotel panas, ketika di komplaim hanya disuruh buka jendela 😅.

Staffs are nice but some staffs can not speak English. Room is not big but it is normal in Japan, it is clean and well located, neaby many lines of subways, Akihabara and Asakisa station is closed 1-2 km away only.
