Great hotel.

We love this hotel. My daughter and I stayed here last year and were delighted to return with my husband. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and designed to be comfortable and functional. The view from rooms 1213 and 1214 was of the street below and looked out onto Mount Rokko. The staff was excellent! Some of them spoke English. They were very helpful in getting us taxis, storing our luggage, shipping our luggage, and anything else we needed. We used the laundry facilities, and the washer/dryers were great! The cost was 500 yen, which covered both washing and drying, as well as the detergent. I did have to use an extra drying cycle. The machines lock, and a timer displays the remaining time. That was helpful to know when to come back because someone else was using them, and also when to return to pick up your clothes. We attended the evening's dessert around 8 PM. Last year, the desert was ice cream with toppings. This year, it was an ice cream float with flavors I had never seen in the United States. My favorite part of the room was the long bathtub! The bathroom facilities were beautiful and of high quality. The beds were comfortable and had one feather pillow and one polyfiber filling in the other. There was enough room to walk around the two beds, which were pushed together. The refrigerator was a little small, but it worked for us. My husband loved the kettle so much that he bought one to take back home. The price was very reasonable!

Great location and value

The hotel has a very convenient location, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The room was clean and had everything we needed, though it was quite basic and there wasn’t much space to move around. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good option if you're looking for something simple in a great spot.

I wish I had stayed more than one night—I really loved this place. The bed was slightly softer than the typical Japanese hotel, which was a welcome break for my back. The shower was excellent, and there were loads of fantastic restaurants nearby to suit all budgets. The room offered more space than most budget hotels, but still came at a budget-friendly price. Highly recommended.

Cleaning staff are very quick while keeping high quality. Good location with a lot of good restaurants around.

Amazing hotel. Amenities were awesome, great breakfast. Handy location and friendly service. Best bits were access to drinks in the lobby, and nightly icecream treats 😊😊😊

Amazing location with tons of dining and drinking options within walking distance. Pretty secure location as well as not just anybody can just walk in and go anywhere. The shower is amazing as well, hot with incredible pressure, highly recommend.

We booked this hotel for our last few days of a long trip to Japan annd we wanted to relax before our journey home….. and we were not disappointed . The location is a short walk from the train station was perfect. It is also located in the heart of the city with lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. In truth from a sightseeing perspective we were so centrally located that we walked everywhere… to the Harbour,Meriden Park both the Maritime & Military museums , to Kitano and to the variety of markets and shopping areas. In the hotel the staff were super friendly and helpful. Coffe & drip tea free was available in the lounge area as was a bowl of ice cream and fruit in the evenings… in my opinion a very nice touch!!! The rooms were spacious enough , towels toiletries and PJ’s are provided and more available if needed. As is common in most hotels in Japan other personal hygiene products , razors, hair brush, washcloth, toothbrush & paste etc available in the foyer All in all we had a very very pleasant relaxed stay here
