Quiet atmosphere... Clean and friendly staff...

The hotel staff was friendly. I booked a deluxe room, which wasn't too big but very comfortable. The breakfast menu was delicious and varied.

The room is dark with low wattage lights, the bathroom is also not very bright.

I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room, but when I asked to move to a different room, the non-smoking rooms were already full. I should have counted how many people had booked non-smoking and smoking rooms. I won't book this hotel again. The cigarette smell doesn't go away even after spraying it with air freshener. It makes it hard to breathe.

The hotel staff is friendly, and so far everything is fine. It was just raining and there was a leak, which the hotel might consider. But the location is very strategic. Thank you, Panen Hotel.

The best budget hotel in my opinion. Fast service, and the receptionist contacted us to ask what time the room would be cleaned. Then every time it was cleaned, all the amenities were given new ones (sometimes some hotels don't give coffee or tea anymore). The room was comfortable, the AC was cold, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the room was compact and very neat.

The location is very strategic in the city center, quiet, and easily accessible. The hotel is clean. I would recommend replacing the hotel towels if they get old and washing them with softener and freshener to keep them soft and odor-free. Breakfast on the rooftop offers a beautiful view, and the noodles are delicious.

Strategic location, close to everywhere for tourist spots in the surrounding Bandung city area.

The hotel location is good, close to culinary spots, hospitals, gas stations and the city center, but unfortunately the hotel is not very big, so the rooms are small and cramped.

After all... me and family when come to Bandung must be stay at Panen... for the last 3 years... Lokasi very suitable and easily by walking to reach downtown and some public facility.

This hotel's only advantage is its strategic location. The rooms are too small, especially the bathrooms. Decorative pillows with the "Panan Hotel" logo are better off without them, as they're dirty.

Got a room with cockroaches, a clogged sink, and a crusty shower. It's probably worth the price per night. Please improve the cleanliness. The hotel's strategic location is close to culinary spots and the Cihapit market. Thank you.

the stairs are too steep, there is no space other than the bed and just to pass through... overpriced huh

This was my second stay at the Panen Hotel. Upon check-in, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much, Mr. Dandi. The facilities are excellent: the room was clean and comfortable, and the toilet was also spotless. The hotel's location is in the heart of the city center, making it easy to get around and within walking distance.
