This hotel by far is one of the best hotel I have stayed so far. The location is directly connected to Nihon-Odori Station. The room size is also quite spacious for Japan standard, and not to forget the friendly Ascott Hospitality Standard, especially if you are a member. Though we stayed in a lower floor for the first 4 days of our stay which bit noisy since it was facing the main road, but our last 3 nights we got to move to a higher floor and the view was great. Overall, my family had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back again next time.

Had a wonderful stay at Citadines Yokohama. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a view of the harbor. One of the best things about this place is the location, it’s just a one minute walk to the nearest station, plus right next door is a recommended Patisserie store named Strasbourg.

Amazing, fantastic! Room was spacious. The hotel is connected to Nihon Odori station. They have a nice resident lounge, laundry room, and gym. I will stay here again, but they seem to not have enough staff. They always ask me to come to the Front Desk when I ask for an adapter, again they ask me to go downstairs when my package from Hiroshima arrived. The last was I had my luggage arrive from Yamato and they asked me to bring it up alone upstairs. But overall, OK.

The location is great in the centre of Yokohama!

The staff are friendly, there are several Indonesian employees in this apartment, and it is very close to the train station and bus stop. There is a lounge on the 7th floor, you can drink tea and coffee for free while waiting for the laundry.

Absolute perfection. Citadines is truly a living example of elegance, spacious, and accessible place in one combine. It's a perfect place, not only for solo travelers, but also for couples and group of family. Will definitely go back to Citadines!

The hotel is located next to the subway station, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, my room has a harbor view, the room decor is also beautiful.
