Everything was great at the hotel.

The staff were very professional and attentive during our entire stay. The reception staff all spoke fluent English and were very helpful. Location was walking distance to many popular eateries and scenic spots (church, lake, cafes, shops etc. Unfortunately the main downfall of this hotel is the cleanliness of the bathroom. We stayed in 3 different rooms, we had to change one room due to moulds on the wall and bathroom. All three bathrooms have moulds everywhere, it hasn’t been cleaned properly for a long time for this kind of mould buildups. The towels have significantly being worn and needs replacement. Compare the price to the level of standards, it is not good value. Before leaving I raised my concern with the staff on the bathroom cleanliness (see photo).

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The only downside was that the room was a little small and there was no view.
