Hotels in Potts Point

Great location near the King Cross Station, fast food chains, cafe, marts. Rooms were nice, spacious enough for 3 people, and clean with mini kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils. The staffs were nice and helpful. I had a great stay.

They upgrade our room, yeay I was so excited. Very complete facility, neat, clean, and big room. There is delicious meat pie near the apartment, pharmachist, and so many restaurant. Thanks annam. luvs

The room and toilet was very modern, although the customer service was only open till 3pm and we had to check in at another boutique hotel down the road if we arrived late. The place allowed us to store luggages before check in and after check out, although it might not be the safest option as the doors are pretty accessible and luggages were only stored under the staircase. Overall room was great, beds could be harder:-).

Stay here for the convenience and accessibility but definitely skip this if you want accommodation with excellent services and superb cleanliness. They were kind enough to allow us to check in early without added fees, but housekeeping wasn't really thorough. We appreciate the prompt refund of our deposit and the fresh towels that get changed every other night. The elevator was dodgy though, and the place had a certain smell. It's a budget hotel, what can you expect?

Great location! Walking distance to public transport (train/bus) and surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping/grocery establishments. A few minutes away to Bondi beach and Sydney CBD. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and definitely JSB have all the amenities any traveler/backpacker would need (kitchen equipment; in-room fridge, TV, lavatory; hair dryer, laundry and ironing facility, fresh linens on demand, and many other perks.

Dear London Hostel Management/Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions and lack of refund regarding my booking as attached details. Upon arriving at the designated check-in time, I found the following issues with my assigned room: * The room was not ready. * The bed linens had not been changed. * The rubbish bin was full of trash. These conditions were unacceptable and rendered the room unusable. Due to these issues, I was unable to stay at your hostel. I immediately requested a full refund and was assured that this would be processed. Despite repeated follow-ups, almost a month has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of attached amount to my traveloka credit back. I expect a response and confirmation of the refund within 7 business days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response and refund within this timeframe, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies and post reviews about the hostel on public review platforms.
