Amazing place to stay near the airport of CGK

I brought 11 luggages, yet the staff was so helpful.

They offer a shuttle bus to the airport and it is free. We just give a tip if we want to, to the driver, quite comfy for a layover for a while.

Close to the airport and there's free shuttle. Staff were very helpful, the area is clean. There's elevator so it's easy to navigate each floor. The pantry is filled with various food and drinks to choose (paid) also there's water dispenser on each floor.

Friendly staff, strategic location near from the airport. But when I stayed here, I heard the noise from other buildings around the hotel very loudly all night until morning, and it disturbed my rest time.

Run down and sad. Lack of maintenance means all the environment seems worn out and the rooms smell musty.

The staff were nice to me, well at least one of them was. but the place itself is over run with rats and street cats and on 2 separate occasions I had immigration officers (if they were really immigration officers) come to my door and demand to see my papers. both times I wasn't shown ID from them and the people who brought them to my door were the staff themselves. without notifying me first. unprofessional to say the least

Fantastic location, but the hallway is not soundproof and sound echos through the entire corridor. Room doors are very loud as they slam.
