Check-in was quick and easy. The location is right in the city center, so everything is close by. The hotel's atmosphere is integrated with the mall, which is nice, making it feel comfortable and I'd like to stay there again if I have time for a vacation.

I always have the best time staying at the Ascott Sudirman. I can't count how many times I've stayed at the Ascott since the COVID era, but one thing for sure, I always had a great time here. Top!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel; it was clean and comfortable. The amenities were complete, and after swimming, you could wash your wet clothes straight away, hehe. It's always a great choice for a staycation with my husband.

Our four-day stay at Ascott was comfortable. The staff helped us upgrade to a two-bedroom family room. The cleaning staff, Ms. Erni, was also very helpful, making my son, who loves doing laundry, happy with the washing machine and the many hangers provided. Thank you.

I will definitely come back since the check-in and check-out were very easy (just came to the receptionist). The view is great (floor 7), clean, has a mini kitchen, and is worth the money.

Got a super cheap promo price only 200k for 2 nights, got really top room facilities 💗 the room was upgraded, the whole room was fragrant, clean, no dirt or anything, the mattress and pillows were all fragrant and clean, the AC was super cold, the wifi was super fast, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful (there was a moment where the lights went out, and they fixed it right away 💘), they also provided a prayer robe, just ask the receptionist (the prayer robe was clean + fragrant) they gave me a stamp for motorbike parking so it wasn't expensive 🤭🫢 the only minus was that the bathroom door couldn't be locked, but they gave me a buffer so it was OK, and the refrigerator wasn't very cold but it was still OK the minuses weren't visible because there were so many pluses, next time I go to Bandung I will definitely stay here again 🫰 keep up the quality 🤗
