While staying here, there was a wedding reception. It didn't disturb the guests' comfort at all because of the separate access. There was also no noise. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was varied, from traditional Indonesian to Western. The traditional snacks were really delicious ❤️ What's also nice is that the soap and shampoo don't dry out your skin or hair ❤️

Though the staff are very friendly, they kept forgetting our requests. Firstly, the wardrobe light switch was broken and kept on for the whole night. I had to call them 4 times until someone fixed it. Secondly, the front desk forgot our laundry. We dropped it off early morning and were promised it would be ready the next day by 10 am. When we came back the next day, the dirty clothes were still there, obviously forgotten.
