The Hotel location is great, near from city centre, university as well as Ijen street where a lot of interesting place, but the hotel maintenance just OK especially hotel room.

Near the mall, supermarket, many good food nearby. Nice room, clean and hotel foods was very good too. Thank you for the hospitally of all the staff 👍.

The hotel is nice, lot of parking spots, even if its full, there ' s valet service (free of charge). They have room service open at 6 am, we can order hot latte from room, which is convenient. We only book one room for 3 person, you can request extra bed if needed. The staff is super friendly.
