The place is comfortable, clean, but after taking a shower the bathroom gets all muddy because the water spills out onto the floor outside. Maybe the bathroom could be improved so that when you take a shower the water doesn't splash everywhere.

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The location is strategic (connected to the mall, close to the city center, and campus). The breakfast was also quite varied. We stayed in a triple room, which had an additional bed instead of a twin bed. Unfortunately, the extra bed was covered in dust and hair. It would be better if the room was cleaned thoroughly.

Stayed with family to watch the 507 concert at Rampal. The hotel is close to the mall. Convenient for kids, as they were safe even after the concert. The soundproofing between rooms is excellent. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the portions are large. Breakfast is varied. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Booked two rooms from two accounts, we contacted them and asked for rooms on the same floor, and they gave us connecting rooms. Amazing! Good job Swiss-Belinn Malang!

First time I stayed in this hotel and loving everything. The location is excellent, close to the mall and this hotel feels lively. The room was great. The only thing is the shower curtain needs to be changed, and hand towels are also needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful 🙏. Other than that, it was amazing! I will definitely be back!!
