A very well-maintained hotel. From the cleanliness to the taste of the food at breakfast. Usually hotel breakfast food is not delicious, this one was all delicious. And what I give a thumbs up, gentlemen, probably the hotel manager, checks the food at the breakfast area every day and asks us how the food is, whether it's good or not. I salute you. Great access, just a couple minutes walk to a mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a little smaller than I expected. Room service food was hit or miss, the Sapo Tofu was quite okay, but the fried rice just tasted like fermented shrimp paste. Otherwise, I still had a great experience.

Cleanliness was okay, staff friendliness was okay, breakfast was standard, security was okay. Unfortunately, the triple bed was too hard, as the single bed was too hard, causing back and spine pain. The AC in the room wasn't central, but it was quite cool. It was okay. The room wasn't soundproof, so you could still hear your neighbors. The shower curtain wasn't very effective as a divider between the shower and the toilet. When I asked for a laundry bag, it wasn't ready, so I was given a trash bag. But overall, it was okay. Thank you Swiss Bell, see you on your next staycation.
