Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is next to UB, Matos, and Transmart, so it's very easy to walk everywhere. There's plenty of parking available. The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly, super quick, and super helpful. There are also many facilities here, especially try the spa treatment, it's really great, especially for those who have just had a long trip. The restaurant is also really good, for breakfast there are various kinds of food, for me the best is the chicken porridge, the fruit is fresh. It's really unique that every night there is a food stall in front of the lobby, so for those looking for dinner, you don't have to bother going out. Overall, such a pleasant stay here 🫶😍. Definitely will come back for another vacation 😍

A very well-maintained hotel. From the cleanliness to the taste of the food at breakfast. Usually hotel breakfast food is not delicious, this one was all delicious. And what I give a thumbs up, gentlemen, probably the hotel manager, checks the food at the breakfast area every day and asks us how the food is, whether it's good or not. I salute you. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel environment, the pool is really clean 👍 Keep it up so it remains a clean hotel.

Though the staff are very friendly, they kept forgetting our requests. Firstly, the wardrobe light switch was broken and kept on for the whole night. I had to call them 4 times until someone fixed it. Secondly, the front desk forgot our laundry. We dropped it off early morning and were promised it would be ready the next day by 10 am. When we came back the next day, the dirty clothes were still there, obviously forgotten.

Great access, just a couple minutes walk to a mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a little smaller than I expected. Room service food was hit or miss, the Sapo Tofu was quite okay, but the fried rice just tasted like fermented shrimp paste. Otherwise, I still had a great experience.

Overall, our family feels comfortable because it is close to my child's campus at UB, and every time I go to Malang, I make sure to stay here, and this is my 6th experience in 1.5 years 😍

Strategically located, close to the mall, easy access to food, and close to great cafes. For smokers, there are types with smoking terraces and plenty of places to relax and enjoy a coffee and a cigarette.
