Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

Surprisingly, it was a good experience. I had little expectations, but they proved me wrong. The room was large and clean. The ambiance is welcoming but not overly so. I tried dinner there, and the food was great. Breakfast was also included, so there are a lot of choices to choose from. Transportation to the airport was provided, and it was excellent.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service is friendly and prompt, the rooms are tidy, the air conditioning is cool, and the hot water works well. It's strategically located near the city center and restaurants. Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

2nd time staying in this hotel! Please give my gratitude to Ichsan, Nadia, Joshua, and one other room service staff who handled my second order (I didn't catch his name). The bathtub in the Bulgari suite was big!! I'm tall and I can comfortably stretch out my legs! The food I ordered tastes good.

The service was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a problem with the extra bed, but the hotel resolved it very well. Thank you, Swiss-Bel. Breakfast was also quite varied.
