The room was great and the bed was amazingly comfortable, the water pressure was heavenly, and the service was great, full of smiles and friendly talks. The location! Just right across the street from Kuta, it was marvelous!

Oh, wow.. This is what a hotel should be, especially a five-star one. The hospitality is absolutely superb, the facilities, swimming pool and everything in this hotel is top notch. This is our first time staying here, already we're in love with this place and all the staff in it. From security, housekeeping, receptionists, to FnB are very lovely and helpful. Big shout out to Dea, Mahesa from reception and Fredy from FnB and Pak Carlos who's been very helpful and kind to us during our stay. They're amazing people. Also the housekeeping crew led by Mrs. Desi for detailed attentions to our room. I definitely recommend this hotel just for the hospitality and service only, although everything in this hotel is already perfect 😊. Definitely will return to this hotel when we visit Bali again ❤️

Really enjoyed our stay at Aryaduta Bali. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the whole hotel had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for getting around, especially with a toddler. We really appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after a day out. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again when we’re back in Bali.

I stayed here for 3 nights because I felt at home and the location was close to Kuta, even though it's a congested area. The staff was very friendly, even for my chatty self. The room was clean, had a window but no view. The food was delicious, and there was a pool. The most comfortable part was the lobby, which was semi-outdoor, so even without air conditioning, it was cool in Bali's heat.

In-house restaurant’s chef personally went above and beyond by getting me Camembert from out of the hotel. I went to the cheese board and saw it but someone else had it and the service lady told me that was it and no more was available, but then the chef saw and approached me and told me just to wait and he would get it to my table and 10 minutes later, voila, it was served. Much appreciated! The couple spa treatment was terrific; I wanted to order another one of theirs!
