We checked in at 12:30 a.m. due to a delayed flight and were extremely tired after a long journey. Unfortunately, the initial arrival experience was disappointing. The staff did not offer to help with our two suitcases and backpacks. When we asked where the lift was, we were simply pointed in the right direction. Only after noticing that we were carrying all of our luggage ourselves did a staff member offer to help. We politely declined, as the offer came a little too late. The hotel's location, close to the airport, was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. Our Deluxe Twin Room had a damp smell, and the carpet between the bed and the bathroom was wet. We found hairs on top of one of the mattresses and an ant on the other bed. The bed linen had holes and did not appear to have been freshly changed. By the time we arrived, it was already around 1:00 a.m., and since we were staying for only one night before our overseas flight the next day, we were too exhausted to request a room change. The bathroom also had a damp smell, and the toilet seat was loose and wobbly. On a positive note, the room had good soundproofing, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The mattress and pillows were acceptable, although they could have been more comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. With better housekeeping, improved room maintenance, and a more proactive approach to assisting guests at check-in, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

It's a good hotel with an affordable price. Nothing is outstanding, but everything is good enough during my stay, especially considering the price. The room is a bit old and needs some retouching, but it's still okay without any major problems. All of the staff were polite and ready to help when needed. The breakfast was fine and had decent varieties.

It was good for the value, for a short stay or transit, considering its short distance from the Ngurah Rai airport. Food is ok, and there are also a number of food outlets/warung nearby, and also Bebek Tepi Sawah on the same street. The Krisna souvenir shop is just less than 5 mins walk away from the hotel.

We had an overall pleasant stay, especially due to the excellent service from the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. This is a real plus point of this hotel. However, there are a few things we feel need to be addressed to improve the guest experience. The room we stayed in felt quite dark because the window faced a wall, allowing for almost no natural light. Some parts of the building also appeared to need repair, such as the mirror in the bathroom. Furthermore, the carpet in the room looked quite worn, giving it an unsanitary feel. We had requested a king-size bed, but were provided with two single beds. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's friendliness and service were truly satisfying and made our stay comfortable. We hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the quality of the facilities in the future.

The location is good, near to the airport, Kuta area, warung, resto etc. Minor complaint, maybe make the lighting in the room more bright. It was too dark for me even when I turned all the lights on. And when I turned the 'make up my room' button on before I leave in the morning, it wasn't proceeded yet until I got back to the hotel at night. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay!

The hotel's location is definitely the best. I like it because I can find anything I want to eat, just walk in front of the hotel. As for the room... even though I moved, I still had a problematic bathroom. The bathroom needed refurbishing. The drain was clogged, so the shower got wet and wet everywhere. I got an old, rusty work chair. And the carpet in the room smelled a bit bad.

We regret that the drainage problem persisted even after we moved you to a different room, and that your stay was further hampered by the unpleasant odors emanating from the worn office chair and carpet. The service was good, but the airport drop-off price was a bit steep, considering the distance isn't that far, in my opinion. The hotel's accountability was also good; when the room specifications were fully booked, they upgraded to a higher class.
