From the check-in until the check-out, everything is great. Mas Tio showed us the room during the check-in and explained everything clearly. Mas Adi from the restaurant was also very kind and helpful. It was a very short stay but great. Thank you for the hospitality.

I chose Alila because of the comfort. Apart from hotels located in the Seminyak area, wherever you want to go, it's close. My super comfortable room with open sea view, even though the price is a little expensive, it is worth it with the view. Thank you to Mrs. Rina as the manager and Mr. Ngurah, who have helped a lot over the past 20 days, they are all friendly and helpful. I will come back if I have a holiday in Bali.

The hotel is really comfortable and the breakfast has various food, and the room has a private jacuzzi. It's really nice.

The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and public areas is very well maintained, which is an important factor for a family hotel. The breakfast provided is quite varied and delicious. The hotel's strategic location also makes it easy to access various attractions. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. The location is my favorite, it's near clubs but not too busy, and easy to access! Everything's perfect.

The location is strategic, the room is cold, the water is strong even though it is brackish because it is located near the beach. Unique from the Lobby, room, rooftop bar 😍. The food is also delicious and has many variations even though it is ala cart. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Recommend 🫶
