Wonderful stay from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and all the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The service throughout the stay was excellent. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing, and all facilities were in great condition. Special appreciation to the staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, such a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel I would love to come back to again. Highly recommended!

When looking for a hotel, it must be close to a busy place so we don't have to worry, there are officers on duty 24 hours, every time a guest comes in and out they are always greeted... I am very happy with this hotel: simple, clean, quiet, just 2 min walking to Kuta Beach, all the shops, cafes, restaurants, massages, spa, laundry, mini markets are all nearby. It is an old building but everything is running properly.
