The staff is friendly and helpful. The sunsets are also beautiful. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever come to Bali.

The service at the hotel was very friendly and family-friendly, especially since it's located right in front of Kuta Beach, so kids can immediately go out and play in the sand. There are also plenty of swimming pools to choose from. Hopefully, there will be a dedicated children's playground in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Ixora Kuta Resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, close to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants, making it very convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food, and the swimming pool was clean and relaxing. We really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. The swimming pool, lobby, and rooms are very clean. The staff are very humble. The chef and food staff are always meticulous and diligent in checking the portions of food available. The food is also delicious. The reception staff are friendly and patient in providing information, especially Kak Bahru. He is young, energetic, smart, and patient in helping me with information and suggestions. The room is very clean.

When my order of white rice arrived late, the chef immediately came over to apologize, even though it wasn't that late. Furthermore, since we were checking out that day, the chef offered me some bread for our travel supplies, along with drinks and iced coffee. 5-star service, an exceptionally good hotel and service.

Really enjoyed our stay at Aryaduta Bali. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the whole hotel had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for getting around, especially with a toddler. We really appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after a day out. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again when we’re back in Bali.
