Mercure Kuta, thank you!! Wow, I was able to get the Nyepi opportunity here, very memorable! Location: in front of Kuta Beach, walk to Beachwalk, watch the ogoh-ogoh on foot, near the mart. Parking: got a spot in front, easy access. Food: during Nyepi ate at the hotel twice and it was okay. Room: got an upgrade to a sea view. Swimming pool: sea view, okay, clean. Cleanliness: okay. Staff: friendly. Wifi during Nyepi was also okay. The sunset was perfect and on Nyepi night there were lots of stars. Oh yeah, try the spa here too, it's fun with the sea view and the sound of the waves in the background. Ahh, so cool! See you again, Mercure Kuta, big thanks! :-)

The hotel staff was very friendly. Even though I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, we were still able to check in. However, our room wasn't ready yet, so we left our luggage with the concierge and continued our Bali trip without any hassle. That afternoon, my husband received a WhatsApp message from the hotel that our room was ready. After walking around, we returned to the hotel and checked into our room. It was tidy and our luggage was already there. The room was spacious, clean, well-lit, with plenty of TV channels, and good Wi-Fi. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, with a wide variety of food and a spacious swimming pool.

When looking for a hotel, it must be close to a busy place so we don't have to worry, there are officers on duty 24 hours, every time a guest comes in and out they are always greeted... Thank you, Sis Vina, for your excellent service. You were willing to help me leave my motorbike with the rental person, the helmet might have been borrowed by another hotel guest but you wanted to help me return it to the rental person. The hotel is strategically located in the Legian area, right on the main road. The hotel is very clean, both inside and outside the rooms. Every day, a housekeeping staff member is seen cleaning. The staff is also very good and very helpful. The hotel staff are friendly and always smile when greeting us. Initially, we were only staying for one day, but because of the excellent service, we extended our stay until the 13th, when we departed. Thank you for the service.
