Strategic hotel. Close to everywhere. Clean room, very cold AC, all staffs are friendly, there was a little problem during check in but all staffs responded immediately. Breakfast was delicious. The standard room was too small, and the AC was too hot. I was tired because I was only staying one night, so I wanted to move. The staff was friendly and the food was okay, but the breakfast menu lacked variety. Hopefully, it will improve. Thank you.

The room is too small, so it's a bit difficult to walk. The sink was a bit clogged from the beginning, on the last day it was really clogged, the water couldn't flow so it just stagnated. The bathroom is also very small. The window is small, you can't see out. It's only suitable for sleeping, if you stay in the room for a long time it's not comfortable.

There are 2 points that I want to review. First, I often order food from hotel restaurants. Sometimes, when the food happens to be delicious, it tastes really good, even the arrangement and plating are like those of a 5-star restaurant chef (I don't know which chef it is). But on another occasion, I ordered again, and what came was food with too much seasoning and the plating was haphazard, flat. It seems like the chefs are different, like there is no unified formula. second point, btw I am not happy and disappointed with one of the restaurant staff, disappointed not because of what, this kid every time I asked (I noticed), his answer was always unpleasant, returned to us who asked, even though I haven't gotten an answer from him, for example, I asked "is this juice pure or is there added ice or water?", his answer was "I don't know, I didn't help make it", with a facial expression as if (I don't care and don't want to bother thinking), oh yes, you are not directly involved in making the drink, but you as a restaurant staff who sells and serves it should at least know what and where the origin of the food and drinks on the restaurant table is before the guest tries it. Dear HR, please give your staff knowledge on how to speak and communicate appropriately and pleasantly with the guest. Don't just blurt out like that anymore warteg, so cheap, unnecessary.

Next time you order food, please pay more attention to the glass that will be served to the guest. This morning when I ordered breakfast, the glass had a little bit of brown residue on the bottom. I like drinking milk from clear glass. The shape of the glass and the cleanliness of the food utensils really determine the psychological satisfaction of the user. Thank you.

I stayed for 7 days, all the staff are friendly, always greeting, Security also always helps if the motorbike can't get out & helps regulate traffic for us as hotel guests, but sorry the shower water is a bit smelly, maybe the water filter can be maintained more often, access to everywhere is close, there is a 24-hour market, to Kuta Beach, Legian is also close, it's really worth it here. I will definitely come here again because it's very comfortable.👍🏼

Monday morning at 10.25, 10/20/2025. I was sleeping soundly. Deep sleep condition. Sleeping comfortably, suddenly the hotel phone beside my head rang, it felt like my head hurt so much. Even though I've often been told to do it, if I'm still sleeping, please don't call me. Because if I'm sleeping and then wake up, it's hard to sleep again. I chose to stay in a hotel because I want to sleep comfortably and get service. I don't want to be called by an alarm and told to wake up when I haven't transferred the extension. It's still 10 o'clock, even if I'm late extending or ley c/o. I will pay CASH for the excess time I stay in the room, staying here is not just 1-2-3 days like other guests, please what I have conveyed and requested Please remember. And now it's hard for me to sleep again, because the phone keeps ringing.
