From the check-in until the check-out, everything is great. Mas Tio showed us the room during the check-in and explained everything clearly. Mas Adi from the restaurant was also very kind and helpful. It was a very short stay but great. Thank you for the hospitality.

I chose Alila because of the comfort. Apart from hotels located in the Seminyak area, wherever you want to go, it's close. My super comfortable room with open sea view, even though the price is a little expensive, it is worth it with the view. Thank you to Mrs. Rina as the manager and Mr. Ngurah, who have helped a lot over the past 20 days, they are all friendly and helpful. I will come back if I have a holiday in Bali.

The hotel was nice and airy. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a balcony and complete amenities. The location was on a main road, within walking distance to convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and massage places. The two pools were enjoyable and clean, and I was often the only one swimming in them. Staffs were super nice, and the room was cleaned daily. Recommended for families, business travelers, and also for groups because it is on the main road and an easy walking distance to shops.

And even better, I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by your thoughtfulness in wishing me a happy birthday, not only once, but twice. One at the restaurant where you all suddenly came out singing a birthday song and gave me a piece of cake. The second time was when I went back to my room to see birthday decorations on my bed! All these put a big smile on my face. Thank you so much again! :) You all rock!

It's a well-positioned hotel in Seminyak. Very nice rooms. Very relaxing environment. Will stay here again. We stayed in the Suites at the back of the hotel so it was quite nice and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main street/restaurants and reception area, although there is a restaurant at the back of the hotel and also a small reception too.
