The check-in was smooth and I was given an upgrade to a suite which was huge and provided spaces I didn't necessarily need but wouldn't refuse to have. It was quite a big hotel and taking about 5 minutes walk to my room. The beach was within walking distance and conveniently surrounded with many options of stores. I planned to stay for one night, but since it was so enjoyable, I decided to stay one more night which was a no-brainer decision to make.

Starting from the facilities in the hotel and the strategic location in front of Kuta Beach. Close access to cafes and the beach. The breakfast is also quite complete. Hospitality 💯. This is our third time staying at Horison, the hotel is in a very convenient location to restaurants and stores, everything you need. The room is pretty comfy, all the hotel crew is friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel can be busy, we don't feel annoyed, rather feel like a family vibe. Stayed here for 4 nights and honestly really loved it. The location is super strategic, so going anywhere was really easy. The price is quite affordable, but the quality is surprisingly good, way better than I expected. Plus, the receptionist was super super friendly, very helpful, and made the stay feel warm from the start. Overall, great value for money and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
