I didn't have time to take photos because we were only here for one night, but this is our second stay here. The location is very strategic, parking is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is very affordable, the room is very spacious, and the AC is very cold. I got the room that faces the main road. It’s really noisy at night, I can’t sleep really well. To be honest, the reception already warned me, but I thought the traffic would not be that bad at night, but I was wrong.

I booked 3 rooms, one of which was for my daughter, but suddenly someone opened another guest room with the same key. Imagine if my daughter had just finished taking a shower in her room. We complained and instead they told us we had the wrong room. How could we have the wrong room when every door has an access code? It's very unprofessional. So, just a reminder for those checking into this hotel: always double-lock the inside and don't leave valuables inside. The hotel is also poorly maintained, why are the floors cracked?

okay... for the room: the shower is quite annoying because the water is spread everywhere, so I'm confused about how to explain it for room 5385 😃, in the TV facility, the remote is really hard to use 😃 the battery & battery holder are really loose. for the hallways & elevators, there are quite a lot of broken tiles. otherwise it's good. thank you

It's so annoying not being able to urinate or take a shower 😭. The noise of children screaming and adults making the same noise is just as loud, and the security doesn't control it. It's not even morning yet, and the noise is waking me up.

The staff was very helpful even though it was busy because I came during the New Year holidays. The room was okay, clean, and comfortable. Accommodation was also easy. If you want to go to the airport from the hotel, there is an airport shuttle service, but you have to book first with the receptionist. For this price, overall, it's very good for me.

Its too many hard sound from the engineer do construction, i feels like, im sleeping with sound of hammer banging orchestra! And no information from the receptionist while check in regarding the construction going on. To many smoking area, even the hotel allowed smoking on pool front view room while doing breakfast. Im doing breakfast with smell of cigarettes and un grooming smelly armpit staff with black polo shirt, please ask them to do grooming and sanitation, at least ask them to use stronger deodorants, the smell of armpits is very bad. Also the staff smoking at the lobby on the parquets with umbrella side. Please provide smoking area outside..not on lobby, pool… me with family and baby is really offended and disturbed annoyed by cigarettes smokes.. and the very last, the shower is not cover by the glass partici well. When im taking shower with broken shower, the water is splash all over the toilet side so its make the floor is really wet. The exhaust machine screaming strong. The AC is the worst! TO COLD, and when i higher the temperature the ac is turn off. Im really confused why you tell your self 4star hotel with those guest experience?

Too noisy, with the sound of vehicles entering the room. At night, there was a lot of motorcycle noise (like illegal racing) that made it impossible to sleep. The toilet lid was broken, and there were drips of refrigerator water constantly leaking onto the floor. Breakfast at 7:00 was almost all gone and we had to wait for refills. The menu lacked variety.
